Archi•Day . MIMA House
14.3.12
Projecto - Mima Lab
O tema de hoje é, como todas as
quartas-feiras, arquitectura.
A partir
A arquitectura tradicional japonesa
The topic today is, like all wednesdays, architecture. Today we speak of
a different architecture, which wasn’t designed for a particular place, but anywhere!
A project awarded by ArchiDaily in the category of Housing. The MIMA House is able to transfom over the time as the needs of their owners, with a puzzle type system modifications can be effected even after the house is completed. From now on the concept of prefabricated unaesthetic and ugly falls to the ground with this project that combines esthetics, functionality and personalization hypothesis.
The traditional Japanese architecture inspired the designers "Hundreds of years ago that their homes have a fixed structure, but the parts are removable or liable to be modified."

A generous loft, designed by Daniel
Nyström, where the living room and kitchen are interconnected in a large, open plan.
The golden wall of the kitchen (which I think makes all the difference in loft)
and ceiling lamps make the environment a mixture of Scandinavian design and a New
York style. The glass walls of the bedroom allow greater fluidity in space and
the floor to ceiling windows ensure large degree of natural light.

Os filmes da Pixar prendem
pequeno e graúdos aos ecrãs!! Afinal quem não gosta? Acho que todos nos
encantamos com as aventuras do Nemo e companhia. Agora podemos decorar as
nossas paredes com coloridos posters destes filmes. Uma óptima opção para
quartos de crianças!
The Pixar films hold smaller and
older ones to the screens! After all who doesn’t love them? I think we all enchanted with the adventures of Nemo and
company. Now
we can decorate our walls with colourful posters of these films. A great option
for children´s bedrooms!
